This product has aluminum oxide grain on a nylon backing and can be used for dust-free sanding. To prolong the backup pad life, use a protector pad (9955RP or 9956RP) between the sanding disc and your backup pad. For contours and rounded surfaces, interface pads (9155OP or 9166RP) can be utilized.
