It easily connects to the 3M Xtract Portable Dust Extractor or an existing central vacuum system, providing a cleaner work environment and more efficient sanding. The rear threaded attachment allows for easy, secure connection and detachment of a 1" external threaded vacuum hose (sold separately), effectively eliminating dust from the workpiece and surrounding space. When used with 3M Xtract Net Discs and dust extraction, the system can extract up to 97% of the dust created during sanding.
